略论文化的经济属性

文化具有经济属性,是一个具有理论与实践双重意义的现实问题.文化的经济属性,实质上体现为在整个社会结构中,文化与经济之间的双向互动关系.本文主张应从文化的本质属性及其功能,及其在构建并完善社会主义市场经济体制过程中的动态活动等层面来把握文化的经济属性问题.     

我国公共部门效益审计研究

本文回顾国外绩效审计的相关理论和经验,总结西方绩效审计和新公共管理之间以追求"经济性、效率性、效果性"为目标的共同价值取向;探讨在我国开展效益审计的迫切性和必要性,主要表现在加强对权力的制约和监督、体现制度反腐败的要求和提高政府管理绩效水平三个方面;分析和研究了我国公共部门效益审计的发展趋势和存在的显著弊病,并针对我国效益审计现状提出了一定的政策建议和改进措施.     

国际油价波动对我国经济发展影响及对策问题研究

石油对于各国特别是工业化进程中国家的经济和社会发展起着举足轻重的作用,而近年来,国际油价的波动一直是国际经济中的敏感话题。本文分析了我国目前石油消费和进口的基本情况,并研究了国际油价的波动对我国经济发展所产生的重要影响,分别从连续上涨和连续下跌两方面所产生的影响进行研究,最后得出国际油价波动下我国经济发展的策略。     

我国参与大湄公河次区域经济合作中存在的问题及对策

20世纪90年代初,东南亚地区进入了和平与发展的新时期,次区域合作也得以迅速发展。大湄公河次区域(GMS)经济合作是亚洲开发银行牵头,由中国、缅甸、老挝、泰国、柬埔寨、越南六个澜沧江—湄公河沿岸国家共同参与的一个次区域经济合作机制,旨在通过加强次区域国家的联系,提高次区域的竞争力,实现次区域的一体化,推动本地区经济和社会发展。本文通过分析我国参与大湄公河次区域经济合作的现状和存在问题,提出我国在参与大湄公河次区域经济合作时应采取的对策,希望有一定的参考价值。     

金融发展对中国经济增长的实证分析

本文通过对股票市场、银行储蓄、外商直接投资建立线性模型以分析这三者对中国经济发展的影响,根据OLS回归分析得出外商直接投资、银行储蓄、股票市场对中国经济都存在着明显的相关性,但其作用依次减弱,最后给出了相应的对策。     

Store Manager–Store Performance Relationship: A Research Note

Despite the critical role that store managers play in linking top management teams and service/retail employees, as well as in fulfilling corporate strategy within chain store environments, service management research infrequently addresses the factors that may promote store managers’ effective exchange relationships within the firm and subsequent effects on store operations and profitability. This study focuses on how store managers’ performance orientation, trust of a regional manager’s capabilities, and organizational commitment affect a manager’s relationships relative to regional managers and frontline employees. The direct effect of store managers’ relationship capacity on store performance is also examined. The results, based on survey data from managers of stores of a retail and service chain and company financial reports, generally support the suggested hypotheses. Specifically, a store manager’s relationship with his/her supervisor has a strong influence on how the manager views the supervisor’s leadership support and leadership style, which ultimately influence store performance (primary goods/service sales and store profits).     

Using a mobile application to test the impact of giving feedback onteam-level conflict

The authors explored using a mobile application called DevelapMe for 278 business undergraduates in 54 teams to give real-time peer-based feedback during a 5-week group project. Two online surveys, Time 1 (T1) and Time 2 (T2), were administered. Results included finding three promising, new give-feedback scales: positive rating with comments, negative rating with comments, and negative/neutral rating without comments. Relationship conflict and task conflict were the outcomes. Relationship conflict significantly increased from T1 to T2. Only positive rating with comments had a significant relationship to T2 relational conflict and task conflict. Research exposing students to real-time feedback apps will prepare them for future work in teams.     

对外直接投资提高了中国经济增长质量吗

中国企业对外直接投资是否有利于促进经济增长质量的提升,已成为中国学者及政策制定者迫切需要深入研究的命题。本文利用2009—2013年的省级数据和工业企业数据,采用倾向得分匹配法,分别从地区和企业两个维度实证考察了对外直接投资对经济增长质量的影响效应,研究发现:(1)总体上,对外直接投资能够有效促进经济增长质量水平的提升;考虑控制变量后,对外直接投资仅对经济增长效率产生抑制作用;(2)相较于未实施对外投资的企业,对外投资企业对自身经济增长质量具有显著的正向效应;(3)考虑到企业异质性特征后,不论企业的投资深度如何,向发达国家进行的投资行为都更有利于提高企业的经济增长质量。以上这些发现不仅为全面理解中国企业的对外直接投资行为提供了经验证据,也为中国发展“质量型”经济提供了有现实意义的参考依据。     

Born globals – presence,performance and prospects

The concept born global firms has gained a spectacular increase in interest from both academic and political circles. Rigorous quantitative treatment of born global firms are however rare in the international business/economics literature. Implementing unique data on all Swedish start-ups during 1998–2008 in the manufacturing sector, we conclude that born global firms are a very rare event, that their prevalence seems invariant to time, and that they perform similar to other matched “twin” firms with regard to profitability and productivity but report a considerably higher growth in employment and sales. These results are robust to a wider definition of born global firms and to the timing of performance measurements.
